RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Emily Loran has a No Return / No Exchange policy.
However, if you receive a Damaged, Tampered, or Wrong Article, your order will be eligible for exchange only. Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Important Guidelines
- An unboxing video is mandatory for any defect or damage claims.
- Please record a complete unboxing video while opening your parcel. Claims without a video will not be accepted.
- The video must be shared with our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Failure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery may result in your claim being rejected.
Exchange Process
- Once we receive your exchange request, our team will inspect the returned article(s) before dispatching a replacement.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exchanges will only be processed after our quality check has been approved.
- Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area pin code.
- The estimated delivery time for exchange queries is 7–10 working days.
- If an exchange in size or product cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will offer either:
- An alternative product, or
- A credit note redeemable on your next online purchase.
