RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Emily Loran has a No Return / No Exchange policy.

However, if you receive a Damaged, Tampered, or Wrong Article, your order will be eligible for exchange only.
Please note that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Important Guidelines

• An unboxing video is mandatory for any defect or damage claims.

• Please record a complete unboxing video while opening your parcel. Claims without a video will not be accepted.

• The video must be shared with our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Failure to notify us within 24 hours of delivery may result in your claim being rejected.

Exchange Process

• Once we receive your exchange request, our team will inspect the returned article(s) before dispatching a replacement.

• All original tags and packaging must be intact.

• Exchanges will only be processed after our quality check has been approved.

• Reverse pickup is subject to availability in your area pin code.

• The estimated delivery time for exchange queries is 7–10 working days.

• If an exchange in size or product cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will offer either:

• An alternative product, or

• A credit note redeemable on your next online purchase.

CREDIT NOTE VALIDITY

• All credit notes issued for returns or exchanges are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

• Any unused balance on a credit note will expire automatically after this period and cannot be reissued or extended.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that all sales are final.
As per our policy, we do not accommodate cancellations or refunds for any orders once they have been placed.

We encourage you to carefully review your order before submission to ensure accuracy and avoid any errors.

In the event of a declined package, any prepaid amount will not be refundable.
